Sikorski: Russian missile carried explosives, cause of airspace breach still unknown

Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski told BBC that it remains unknown whether the Russian missile that fell in the Lublin region violated Polish airspace deliberately or due to a malfunction. Various scenarios are being analysed. It has been confirmed that the missile contained explosives.
