Poland's RCB defends sirens as best alert tool; expert calls the system archaic
Poland's Government Security Centre (RCB) stated that air-raid sirens remain the most effective and fastest tool for alerting citizens in emergencies, responding to controversy over how the public was informed after a violation of Polish airspace.
