Free credit penalty claims surge 57% in Q2 – nearly 9,000 cases queued
Poland saw 6,872 new court cases seeking the free credit penalty in Q2 – a 57% increase on the previous quarter, according to money.pl. Consumer-filed claims more than doubled, with the backlog reaching 8,888 cases. The figures are incomplete as the Justice Ministry's counter excludes loan companies.
