Ex-military pilot explains why the Polish air force didn't shoot down Russia's Kh-101

Russia's Kh-101 cruise missile struck Tarnawa-Kolonia in the Lublin region, raising questions about why Polish forces did not shoot it down. Prime Minister Donald Tusk confirmed the missile was armed and that forces were ready to intercept it had it continued flying over Poland. Retired military pilot Michał Fiszer explains that peacetime rules of engagement differ fundamentally from wartime procedures, which is why no intercept was attempted.
