Poland beat Ukraine 3:1 in VNL quarters; ex-coach flags Fornal weakness, backs Semeniuk
Poland's men's volleyball team defeated Ukraine 3:1 in the VNL quarter-finals and will face Slovenia in the semi-final on Saturday. Former national team coach Ireneusz Mazur warned that the level shown against Ukraine may not be enough against Slovenia, pointing to a poor performance from Tomasz Fornal. Mazur backed Kamil Semeniuk as a replacement option and praised Bartłomiej Bołądź.
