Musk's xAI sues Minnesota to block the US's first AI nudification law

Elon Musk's xAI has sued the state of Minnesota, asking a federal court to block the first US law targeting AI-generated fake nude images. The company argues the law's definition of "nudification" is so broad it could cover ordinary photos of shirtless men or people in swimwear. xAI is seeking an injunction before the law takes effect on Saturday.
