Armenia threatens Russia with $2bn annual rail lease bill if concession talks fail
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has warned that Armenia could demand up to $2 billion (approximately 7.5 billion zloty) per year from Russia for the lease of its railway infrastructure if renegotiation of the concession terms fails.
