Polish mortgage lending up 48% year-on-year — PLN 74bn in first half

The value of new mortgage loans in Poland rose 48% year-on-year in the first half of the year, reaching PLN 74 billion. Excluding refinancing, growth stood at 27%, with loan value at PLN 50 billion. For the fourth consecutive month, monthly lending exceeded PLN 13 billion.
