Nawrocki signs anti-mobbing law — higher damages and new employer duties

President Karol Nawrocki signed an amendment to the Labour Code on Thursday strengthening protection against workplace bullying. The law simplifies the definition of mobbing, raises the minimum compensation for victims and requires employers to define anti-mobbing rules, procedures and the frequency of preventive actions. The changes will take effect after publication in the Journal of Laws.
