Nawrocki signs gender-balance law but refers it to Constitutional Tribunal

President Karol Nawrocki signed a law aimed at improving gender balance on the boards of public companies, expressing support for its objective. At the same time, he referred it to the Constitutional Tribunal for ex-post review, citing possible constitutional violations. The announcement was made by the Presidential Chancellery.
