Tusk after Lublin region alarm night: calming SMS will be sent when threat is lifted

Residents of the Lublin region were woken by air-raid sirens during the night but received no RCB alert on their phones. Prime Minister Donald Tusk acknowledged the failure and announced an urgent overhaul of procedures. "We must introduce an absolute rule that once a threat is lifted, a calming SMS must be sent to people," Tusk declared.
