Over 1,500 migrants in Ceuta — army called in as reception centres overflow

Migrants from Morocco crossed the sea into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta, with more than 1,500 people received in recent days. Reception centres are overwhelmed and hundreds are sleeping outdoors. Local services have called in the military to help manage the crisis as authorities warn the situation is increasingly out of control.
