Thousands of migrants storm Ceuta — authorities demand state of emergency

Thousands of Moroccan migrants crossed the border into Ceuta, Spain's North African enclave, in an uncontrolled surge. Local authorities, overwhelmed by the influx of more than 1,500 people in recent days, are calling on Madrid to declare a state of emergency.
