RSF Leader Vows to Retake Khartoum

Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, known as Hemedti, the leader of Sudan's Rapid Support Forces (RSF), appeared in a video ordering his troops to seize Khartoum. The RSF published the footage as a signal of readiness to resume its offensive in Sudan's civil war.
