Russian Billionaire Kustov Arrested on Fraud Charges in Moscow

Valeriy Kustov, chairman of the board and principal shareholder of the Efko oil and fat industrial group, has been arrested in Moscow on serious fraud charges, according to RBC sources. Kustov is counted among Russia's wealthiest businessmen.
