Rocket flew over writer Rosolińska's home — she never heard the sirens

Polish writer Wioletta Rosolińska reported on Instagram that a rocket flew over her home and she did not hear any warning sirens. She noted that the city's crisis plan had not been updated in 15 years, and that safety guides instruct residents to turn on TV or radio and follow official communications — but no such communications were broadcast during the incident.
