Hundreds of migrants swim into Ceuta as Spain declares humanitarian emergency

The president of Spain's north African exclave Ceuta declared a "total humanitarian and social emergency" after hundreds of migrants swam across from neighbouring Morocco in recent days. Authorities are warning of overwhelmed capacity as arrivals continue.
