Sen. Paul moves to hold Fauci in contempt after he invokes Fifth Amendment

Senator Rand Paul is moving to hold Dr. Anthony Fauci in contempt of Congress after Fauci invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. Separately, the Trump administration announced a new rule changing the asylum process in the United States.
