Tusk and Kierwiński defend no RCB alert texts sent to Lublin region residents overnight

Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Interior Minister Marcin Kierwiński explained that RCB emergency text alerts were not sent to residents of the Lublin region overnight because sirens activated faster. Both officials announced the government will work on new procedures to ensure residents receive follow-up alerts after a threat passes. The incident has exposed gaps in Poland's public warning system.
