No RCB alert during Lublin airspace incident — experts call it a failure

Sirens sounded during the overnight airspace incident over the Lublin region, but the government's RCB emergency alert system sent no notifications to residents. Commander Maksymilian Dura and Prof. Malina Kaszuba both say an RCB alert should have been issued to tell people to take cover and keep phone lines clear. They note that not all areas have sirens, making SMS alerts essential.
