ChatGPT and Roblox Face Stricter EU Rules as VLOP Designation Looms

Bloomberg reports that the European Union is set to add ChatGPT and Roblox to its "very large online platform" (VLOP) list under the Digital Services Act. This designation subjects platforms to stricter content moderation, algorithmic transparency and user-protection requirements. Existing VLOP-designated services include Facebook, TikTok and Google.
