Poland's BGK to guarantee consumer loans for SIM and TBS housing schemes
Poland's Ministry of Development and Technology has prepared a bill under which state bank BGK (Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego) would guarantee consumer loans used to fund participation in SIM and TBS social housing schemes. The measure is designed to make affordable housing more accessible to people who cannot buy on the open market. The bill still needs to complete the legislative process.
