Spider-Man and Venom together? Feige and Pascal comment on Marvel–Sony crossover prospects
The release of "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" has reignited the question of a Spider-Man and Venom crossover film. So far it has not happened because Spider-Man is part of the MCU under a Marvel–Sony deal, while Venom and other Marvel characters remain exclusively under Sony's control. Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal have commented on the possibility, noting any crossover would require a new agreement between the two studios.
