Poland activated SPO13 procedure and scrambled F-16 after airspace violation

Poland's Interior Minister confirmed that the SPO13 procedure — described as the fastest way to alert the public — was immediately activated after the overnight airspace violation, and air-raid sirens were sounded. An F-16 fighter was scrambled to intercept the unidentified object. The incident relates to the Russian Kh-101 missile that came down in the Lublin region.
