Air-raid sirens without RCB alert: ministry spokeswoman explains missing emergency SMS in Lublin region

Residents of the Lublin region heard air-raid sirens after the unidentified object fell, but did not receive an emergency alert from the Government Security Centre (RCB). MSWiA spokeswoman Karolina Gałecka and the Lublin governor's spokesman Marcin Bubicz were questioned about this on TVN24. The absence of an RCB alert raised questions about the authorities' crisis communication with citizens.
