Venezuela holds talks with US despite tensions — dialogue after earthquake

Venezuela's acting president Delcy Rodriguez confirmed that the country's government is holding talks with the Trump administration. The dialogue focuses in part on assistance with recovery from the June 24 earthquake, which killed more than 5,500 people across the country. Earlier this year, Trump carried out a military operation in Venezuela.
