Doctor earns 600,000 zł a year managing an ER remotely from 300 km away

The emergency department of the Regional Hospital in Bielsko-Biała is run by a doctor who works remotely for just 40 hours a month, according to Rzeczpospolita. The same doctor simultaneously manages the ER in Świdnica, roughly 300 km away. Over the course of a year, he earned around 600,000 zł at the Bielsko-Biała hospital alone.
