Australia sues Telegram over failure to remove pro-terror content

Australia's eSafety Commissioner has taken Telegram to court, alleging the platform failed to remove footage of mass shootings and other pro-terror material. It is the first such legal action in Australia targeting the messaging app. Telegram has not publicly commented on the lawsuit.
