Italy's top court: dual-citizen children don't automatically lose Italian citizenship

Italy's highest court has ruled that children born with both Italian and another citizenship do not automatically lose their Italian citizenship if a parent naturalises abroad. The decision strengthens citizenship claims for descendants of Italian emigrants around the world.
