Thinking Machines co-founder Lilian Weng joins OpenAI after health-related exit

Lilian Weng, co-founder of Thinking Machines, left the company citing health reasons and has since joined OpenAI. She previously served as VP of AI Safety Research at OpenAI. Her return to her former employer is seen as a significant addition to its AI safety team.
