'Joker' and 'Babylon' financier Jason Cloth indicted in alleged $100m Ponzi scheme

Jason Cloth, 60, an executive producer on "Joker," "Babylon," and "Ghostbusters: Afterlife," has been indicted in Chicago on allegations of running a $100 million Ponzi scheme. He faces seven counts of wire fraud for allegedly lying to investors about how their money would be used. Prosecutors allege the funds were diverted from their stated purposes.
