Mia Bieniemy out of ICU and 'making progress' after shooting allegedly by son
Mia Bieniemy, wife of Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy, has been released from the ICU after being treated for multiple gunshot wounds, coach Andy Reid confirmed Wednesday. Eric Bieniemy was absent from the team's first full training-camp workout as he remained with his family. Their son, Elijah Bieniemy, has been arrested and charged in connection with the shooting at the family's Virginia home.
