59-year-old Pole dies near Rysy on the Slovak side of the Tatras

A 59-year-old Polish man felt chest pain and lost consciousness near the Chata pod Rysami hut on the Slovak side of the Tatras on Wednesday. Despite immediate CPR and the intervention of mountain rescue teams, he could not be saved.
