Texas teen needs surgery after rare barracuda attack in the Caribbean

Claire Macdonel, 13, from Texas was attacked by a barracuda while on a Caribbean vacation. The fish damaged tendons in her hand, requiring surgery. Barracuda attacks on humans are considered rare.
