Danny Welbeck has medical at Chelsea as transfer from Brighton nears

Brighton striker Danny Welbeck has been given permission to have a medical at Stamford Bridge as his move to Chelsea draws close. Goalkeeper Jordan Henderson is also nearing a switch to the same club. Both transfers are expected to be completed in the coming days.
