Passengers on a Ryanair flight from Reggio di Calabria to Katowice were stranded for nearly 24 hours, sleeping on the floor and forced to arrange their own onward transport. What was supposed to be a quick three-hour return from holiday turned into an ordeal, with travellers saying the airline offered no meaningful assistance.
