New e-prescription rules for reimbursed drugs take effect 13 September 2026

From 13 September 2026, all reimbursed e-prescriptions in Poland will follow the same rules currently applied to annual e-prescriptions. The changes were announced by the Centre of e-Health. The new regulations are intended to standardise the prescription system nationwide.
