Parliamentary committee backs lifting immunity of KO MP Wojciech Król

The Sejm's rules committee voted in favour of lifting the parliamentary immunity of Koalicja Obywatelska MP Wojciech Król in two cases investigated by the European Public Prosecutor's Office. The committee did, however, reject a request to authorise his pre-trial detention. The final decision will be made by a full plenary vote of the Sejm.
