State-firm value up 150 bn zloty in Balczun's first year at MAP

Over one year with Wojciech Balczun at Poland's Ministry of State Assets, the combined value of shares in thirteen state-controlled companies rose by 150.4 billion zloty, a gain of 43.4%. The result significantly outpaced gains recorded by the WIG and WIG20 indices over the same period. Balczun oversees the government's portfolio of state-controlled firms.
