Missing American in Grenada: surveillance video shows her entering the water

Newly released surveillance footage from Grenada shows missing North Carolina mother Elizabeth Waddell entering the water but not returning. Two people on Jet Skis told local media they spotted a woman, possibly Waddell, far from shore and offered help, which she declined. Her whereabouts remain unknown.
