Two drugs show promise in preventing long COVID, trials find

Rigorous clinical trials have shown that two drugs reduce the risk of developing long-term symptoms following coronavirus infection, according to a study published in Nature. These are the first treatments to demonstrate effectiveness at preventing long COVID in controlled trials.
