Teen scoots off leaving unconscious 13-year-old after e-scooter crash in Świdnik

Two teenagers were riding a single electric scooter through the streets of Świdnik in Lublin province when the 13-year-old girl fell off and lost consciousness. The 15-year-old rider drove away without helping her. The entire incident was captured on CCTV footage.
