Not a marten — American mink may be settling in your garden

The American mink — a slim, fast-moving predator that can squeeze through narrow gaps — is increasingly appearing in Polish gardens and is often mistaken for a marten. It poses a particular threat where small animals or poultry are kept, as it can cause significant damage to backyard enclosures.
