Syria kills March attack commander and dismantles IS cells in Aleppo

Syrian security forces lured a militia commander responsible for one of the March 2025 assault units into an ambush near Jableh, killing him and a second suspect in a firefight. In separate operations, Islamic State cells were dismantled in Aleppo and al-Bab.
