Ukraine's new defence minister: we must fight asymmetrically, not blow for blow
Ukraine's newly appointed Defence Minister Yevhen Chmara said in his first interview that Ukraine cannot match Russia blow for blow due to limited military equipment resources. He called for an asymmetric approach, emphasising the need to conserve weaponry rather than respond to every Russian strike in kind.
