Chemical leak at Reda aquapark kills sharks and other fish

About 600 litres of water-treatment chemicals leaked at an aquapark in Reda, northern Poland, on Sunday. The spill killed a number of fish in the facility's aquarium, including sharks. Management has commissioned an audit and introduced additional safety measures to prevent a recurrence.
