Double Fine left Xbox but still faces layoffs in restructuring

Double Fine, the studio behind the Psychonauts series, left the Xbox family as part of Microsoft's recent restructuring and regained independence along with the rights to its franchises. However, the studio is now carrying out its own layoffs. The return to independence has not shielded employees from job cuts.
