Ukrainian drones hit one of Russia's largest oil refineries

The Ukrainian military launched a drone strike on one of Russia's largest oil refineries on Wednesday morning. President Zelensky said after the attack: "Russia must feel that every day of this war will cost it more and more." Ukraine framed the strike as "long-range sanctions" against the Russian economy.
