Supreme Administrative Court rules on military pension indexation, but door to back-payments stays open

Constitutional and military-law attorney Dr Marta Derlatka points out that the landmark Supreme Administrative Court ruling on military pension indexation is binding only on the parties to that specific case and the court that issued it. Under Polish law, other military pensioners therefore retain the right to seek back-payments through individual court proceedings.
