Polish government plans preferential loans for TBS and housing co-op deposits
Poland's Ministry of Development and Technology is working on a scheme of preferential loans to cover participation fees in the SIM, TBS and housing co-operative programmes, according to Rzeczpospolita. The solution is aimed at helping people who cannot afford an upfront deposit gain access to cheaper housing. Details of the programme are still being finalised.
